Landlord Gas & Oil Safety Certificates for your Rental Properties

We have dedicated software which will notify you via email two weeks prior to the inspection date and make an appointment with your tenant to carry out the inspection. A certificate will be produced electronically on the day and emailed to both you and your tenant. It is a legal requirement to have had safety checks carried out in your property and with the correct certificate issued by a Gas Safe engineer.
How Do We Carry Out Landlord Inspections?
Depending on the number of appliances in the property, an inspection will usually take around an hour to complete. Each appliance will be inspected, tested and, where applicable, a combustion reading will be taken and recorded on the certificate. Open flue appliances such as gas fires installed in fireplaces will receive a ambient air test to verify the safe removal of combustion products via the chimney. The gas meter will be tightness tested to confirm there are no leaks within the gas pipework in the property. Finally, the tenant and engineer will sign and date the certificate which will be sent to the tenant and landlord via email.
